Requirements:
– Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
– Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Vice Principal, within an American curriculum school.
– Strong knowledge of the UAE education system and experience with school inspections.
– Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
– Ability to inspire and motivate staff and students to achieve their best.
