We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Head of Science Department to lead our Science faculty in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This key leadership role entails driving the strategic direction of Science education within our school, fostering a culture of academic excellence, and ensuring compliance with UAE educational standards.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science Education or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of teaching experience in the UAE.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully navigating UAE school inspections.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically develop and oversee the implementation of a robust Science curriculum.
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the Science teaching team, promoting professional growth and development.
- Ensure adherence to UAE educational standards and achieve positive outcomes in school inspections.
- Regularly assess and evaluate student progress, implementing targeted strategies for academic enhancement.
- Collaborate with other department heads to integrate interdisciplinary approaches to learning.
- Represent the Science Department in school leadership forums and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the school.
