We are seeking a dedicated Assessment Head to join our academic team in Zhuhai, China, and play a crucial role in overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of assessment strategies for our school. Requirement: Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Assessment, or a related field. A valid teaching license and experience in educational assessment and leadership are preferred.
Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with faculty to design, implement, and refine assessment tools and strategies.
- Analyze assessment data to inform instructional practices and curriculum development.
- Provide training and support to teachers in effective assessment techniques and data interpretation.
- Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulatory requirements related to assessment.
- Lead initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the school.
