Overview: We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Head of English Department to lead our English faculty in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Requirement:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English Literature.
- A minimum of 7 years of teaching experience in the UAE.

- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the English teaching team, promoting professional growth and development.
- Ensure adherence to UAE educational standards and achieve positive outcomes in school inspections.
- Regularly assess and evaluate student progress, implementing targeted strategies for academic enhancement.
- Collaborate with other department heads to integrate interdisciplinary approaches to learning.
