Job Overview
We are seeking qualified and empathetic School Counselors for the academic year 2023-24 across UAE. This is an essential role for professionals dedicated to supporting the emotional, social, and academic development of students in a school setting.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in School Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a School Counselor, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of counseling theories and practices in an educational context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and parents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to students to address their emotional, social, and academic needs.
- Develop and implement comprehensive school counseling programs that promote student well-being and success.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to provide support and resources for students.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ needs and monitor their progress.
- Participate in professional development to stay current with best practices in school counseling.
