We are seeking a dedicated Head of Inclusion to lead our inclusion department. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in special education, developing individualized learning programs, and providing support to both students and teachers.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the Inclusion Department
– Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
– Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure inclusive learning
– Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field (Master’s preferred)
– 5+ years of experience in inclusion or special education
– Leadership experience in a school setting
– Strong communication and organizational skills
