Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in China on an urgent basis starting February 2023. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, a love for teaching young children, and the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging lessons and activities that cater to the developmental needs of young children.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic growth of all students.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child’s progress and development.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience for students.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a kindergarten setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt to new cultures and work effectively in a diverse environment.
