We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable History Teacher for a school in Hanoi, Vietnam. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in History, Education with a focus on History, or a related field.
Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent qualification in History or a related subject.
A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in History.
Must be a native English speaker or have an IELTS score of 7.5 or higher.
Must be currently residing in Vietnam.
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and informative History lessons that align with the curriculum and meet the diverse needs of students.
Foster a classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, discussion, and a deeper understanding of historical contexts.
Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to enhance the teaching and learning experience.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in History education.
