Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging drama lessons that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our students.
- Direct and produce school plays and theater productions, providing students with opportunities to showcase their talents.
- Foster a creative and supportive learning environment that encourages students to explore their artistic abilities and develop their confidence and communication skills.
- Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their growth as performers and individuals.
- Collaborate with colleagues and the wider school community to promote the arts and integrate drama across the curriculum.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Drama, Theater Arts, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or qualification in Drama Education.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in drama or theater arts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in directing and producing theater productions.
- A passion for the arts and a commitment to inspiring young minds.
